It’s a Sunday Kindle Book Giveaway. Every weekend you’ll have a chance to win a free copy of Kindle e-book from a featured author.
How can I take part?
It’s very easy. All what you have to do is to leave a comment under a post featuring a book you want to receive. You have almost a week to do it, as the winner will be chosen next Saturday, using Random.org service.
There will be two books featured every Sunday, each in a separate post – one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
How will I receive a book?
If you’re the lucky one to be randomly chosen to receive a book, you’ll get it from its author as a Kindle gift. More about gifting Kindle books you can find here.
The author will send you an e-mail with a Kindle gift. That’s why we are asking you to leave a comment – to get your e-mail address. Make sure you type in the address correctly, so that a gift could be delivered to you.
Do I have to own a Kindle e-reader to get a book?
No. All you need is a user account at Amazon. If you don’t have it yet, no problem, go to any Amazon page and find a text at the top: “New customer? Start here.”
The gift will be delivered to your account (not a device) and you will be able to add it not only to Kindle e-reader, but also to any of the free Kindle reading applications. Check them out, as there are dedicated applications for mobile devices (iPad/iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone) as well as for PC/Mac computers.
Who is organizing the giveaway?
Sunday Kindle Book Giveaway is organized and handled by Tony Eldridge from an influential blog for e-book writers and readers, Marketing Tips for Authors. Steven Lewis from Kindle Self Publishing and me support Tony to spread the word to as many readers as possible. For more details, check an introduction post.

In my opinion, there are two major reasons why the Sunday Kindle Book Giveaway is such a fantastic initiative, apart from the fact you can win a free book.
First, it creates an enjoyable habit of spending a weekend on discovering new books.
Secondly, you’ll have a chance to learn about authors who are not that famous as Dan Brown, but write fantastic books, which well deserve to be read not only as gifts and not only on Sundays.
