Do you remember the first word processor you ever used? Mine was a word processor that was a part of AppleWorks, and it was back in 1991.

From Custom Writing comes a new infographic that presents the history of word processors since the first typewriters.

Nowadays, with the user-friendly software such as Google Docs, MS Word, or Apple Pages, the primitive word processors with their clumsy interfaces and restricted functionalities would be met with shock.

💬 However, they laid the foundation for convenient programs we know and employ daily for work, studies, communication, or hobbies.
